Sumario:A new technique for performing gonioscopy that facilitates finding Schwalbe´s line, and lowers the amount of time and light that enters through the pupil is presented. The technique is an alternative to the classic corneal wedge technique and is feasible in the horizontal quadrants without further adjustments to the slit lamp, in contrast to the tilting usually needed for these quadrants.
