Telomere-to-telomere genome assembly of matsutake (Tricholoma matsutake)

Here, we report the first telomere-to-telomere genome assembly of matsutake (Tricholoma matsutake), which consists of 13 sequences (spanning 161.0 Mb) and a 76 kb circular mitochondrial genome.
