Sumario: | Nested variant of urothelial carcinoma (NV‐UC) is an extremely rare cancer with a nonspecific presentation. It is usually identified at a late stage, which makes the treatment challenging. One year after completion of adjuvant radiotherapy, the patient remains disease‐free. |
