Diagnostic excellence in primary care
Diagnostic excellence is based on six fundamental principles of healthcare quality proposed by the Institute of Medicine in 2001, which state that diagnoses must be safe, effective, patient‐centered, timely, efficient, and equitable.[Image: see text]
