Extreme values of derivatives of the Riemann zeta function

It is proved that if T is sufficiently large, then uniformly for all positive integers [Formula: see text] , we have [Formula: see text] where γ is the Euler constant. We also establish lower bounds for maximum of [Formula: see text] when [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] are fixed.
