Perovskite sensitized 2D photodiodes

A new type of perovskite sensitized programmable WSe(2) photodiode is constructed based on MAPbI(3)/WSe(2) heterojunction, presenting flexible reconfigurable characteristics and prominent optoelectronic performances.
