Sumario:INTRODUCTION: This study aimed to investigate the manifestations of postoperative Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) changes in patients with stage III and IV ovarian endometriomas. METHODS: Trends in postoperative AMH were categorized and described, and the risk factors for postoperative AMH decline were screened using dichotomous logistic regression. RESULTS: The overall trend of postoperative AMH decreased, with a more significant decrease in stage IV than stage III cases. Elevated preoperative CA-125 levels, a history of caesarean section, and abortion were independent risk factors for postoperative AMH decline. CONCLUSIONS: There is a general trend toward decreasing AMH levels after surgery, but each case may also show a different elevation.
