ABSTRACT: A 66‐year‐old male on peritoneal dialysis for 15 months presented with dyspnoea and low ultrafiltration volumes. Chest radiography revealed a large right‐sided pleural effusion. Pleural fluid sampling and peritoneal scintigraphy confirmed a pleuroperitoneal leak. |
