Here, we describe the updated Lyon sulcus deepening trochleoplasty technique. This technique with a stepwise approach allows one to prepare the trochlea, remove the subchondral bone, osteotomize the articular surface, and fix the facets with 3 anchors while minimizing the risk of complications.
