description Neonatal Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (MIS-N) is a post-infection immune-mediated condition by COVID-19 in neonates and characterized by persistent fever, rash, dilation of conjunctival blood vessels, multiorgan dysfunction, and elevated inflammatory markers. We report a 1-year 9-month-old male toddler with MIS-N. Intraorally, the presence of shape alterations in teeth 52, 53, and 63, and developmental defects of dental enamel in the superior incisive (i.e., 51, 52, and 61) were observed. Furthermore, a circumscribed floating purple swelling was noted on the gingival mucosa, located in the region of tooth 62, compatible with the diagnosis of eruption cyst. The cyst was surgically removed. After the eruption of tooth 62, the presence of developmental defect of dental enamel was also observed. Currently, the patient is under close follow-up due to the unfamiliarity of the underlying disease, as well as other possible oral alterations.
