Laparoscopic cholecystectomy done at the time of termination of pregnancy by cesarean section. CONCLUSIONS: In a critical period, such as acute cholecystitis, the combination of laparoscopic cholecystectomy immediately post cesarean section is effective if the surgeon is highly qualified and experienced.
