description Malignant struma ovarii (MSO) is an extremely rare monodermal ovarian teratoma. In this paper, a case of MSO (papillary carcinoma) with hyperthyroidism was discussed in terms of its epidemiology, clinicopathology, molecular features, treatment, and prognosis.
