A Combinatorial Library of Lipid Nanoparticles for Cell Type‐Specific mRNA Delivery (Adv. Sci. 19/2023)

Lipid Nanoparticles In article number 2301929, Dan Peer and colleagues developed novel ionizable lipids for improved delivery of mRNA payloads. Rational lipid design together with in vivo screening identified novel lipid‐based nanoparticles (LNPs) with enhanced cell trophism. This study suggests tha...

Sumario:Lipid Nanoparticles In article number 2301929, Dan Peer and colleagues developed novel ionizable lipids for improved delivery of mRNA payloads. Rational lipid design together with in vivo screening identified novel lipid‐based nanoparticles (LNPs) with enhanced cell trophism. This study suggests that a structural combination of lipid tail and linker can drive novel cell trophism of LNPs in vivo. [Image: see text]
