description | Theoretical analysis of the process of biologically active substances (BAS) extraction from plant raw materials in conditions of ultrasonic action and without it to describe the kinetics of the process has been conducted. A mathematical model of the process of BAS extraction from plant raw materials to establish the dependence of changes in the concentration of BAS in the volume of cells in the intercellular space and in the main volume of the extractant has been developed. On the basis of the solution of the mathematical model the duration of the model of BAS extraction process from plant raw materials has been established, results show that the duration of the process of extraction of oil from plant raw materials in an acoustic extractor decreases by 1.5 times ultrasonic extraction can be used for the extraction of biologically active substances, such as essential oils, lipids and dietary supplements from plants. |
