Hodgkin lymphoma and multiloculated thymic cyst coexistence is a rare condition and may cause significant diagnostic difficulties. Herein, we present a rare case who underwent surgery for multiloculated thymic cyst and was subsequently diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma and had a concurrent pericardial cyst.
