Sumario:West Nile Virus infections has become endemic in various locations around the world. Symptomatic cases manifest as an acute febrile illness and in less than 1% with neuroinvasive manifestations. We report one of the very few cases of probable WNV-mediated isolated hepatitis to shed light on a possibly underestimated clinical picture.
