In article number 2300455, Peiyan Ni, Chuqing Zhou, Sangmi Chung, and co‐workers confirm the hypermethylation and dysregulated expression of SHANK3 in schizophrenia patient‐derived cortical interneurons‐rich organoid, which serves as a bridge to explore the pathological changes in the brain by measuring SHANK3 methylation in peripheral blood mononuclear cells as a biomarker.
