description BACKGROUND AND AIMS: The potential outcomes of vigorous brain training game in the elderly is questionable. METHODS: A systematic review of studies reporting the outcomes of brain training game under the PRISMA guideline was conducted using the PubMed database (1997–2022). The selection criteria were clinical studies published in English language. RESULTS: A total of 174 articles were identified by searching keywords. However, after screening the relation of the topic and methodology, 21 articles were included. The results of all studies showed positive outcomes after using the brain training game. Variation in the measurement tools were observed. CONCLUSION: The brain training game showed a positive effect on the brain function. However, the confirmation studies with large populations and standard measurement tools are required for more validated results.
