By a single scanning of laser on a polyimide substrate, intensive pressure created by pyrolysis induces exfoliation of 3D helical LIG springs, as similar to wood or metal shavings observed in traditional machining processes. Without using any labor‐intensive, time‐consuming, and expensive processes, the presented strategy enables high‐throughput mass production of LIG springs for a wide range of all‐carbon electromechanical applications.
