Sumario:Beige Adipocyte Beige fat is gaining increasing therapeutic interest due to its potential in combating obesity and other non‐communicable diseases. By single clone analysis, Tao Nie, Donghai Wu, Hannah Xiaoyan Hui, and co‐workers discover that androgen receptor (AR) turns out to be a highly potent transcription factor in suppression of PRDM16, the key molecular switch of beige fat. The article number 2300070 provides new insight in explaining the sex difference in beige fat activity in human and may shed light on sex hormone‐related therapies. [Image: see text]
