Delivery of Therapeutic RNA to the Bone Marrow in Multiple Myeloma Using CD38‐Targeted Lipid Nanoparticles (Adv. Sci. 21/2023)

Targeted LNPs Delivery to the Bone Marrow In article number 2301377, Dana Tarab‐Ravski, Dan Peer, and co‐workers develop targeted lipid nanoparticles to efficiently deliver therapeutic RNA to multiple myeloma cells in the bone marrow. In a novel xenograft multiple myeloma (MM) mouse model, this deli...

Sumario:Targeted LNPs Delivery to the Bone Marrow In article number 2301377, Dana Tarab‐Ravski, Dan Peer, and co‐workers develop targeted lipid nanoparticles to efficiently deliver therapeutic RNA to multiple myeloma cells in the bone marrow. In a novel xenograft multiple myeloma (MM) mouse model, this delivery system demonstrates its ability to specifically target MM cells and produce a positive clinical outcome in mice engrafted with MM.
