To the best of our knowledge, there is no report of telomeropathy precipitating end-stage liver disease. Our case presented hepatopulmonary syndrome. Herein, we report a successful liver transplantation in a patient who suffered hepatoportal cirrhosis from telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT)-telomeropathy.
