Sumario: | Pleural epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is a rare malignancy of vascular origin. It can affect various organs; pleural involvement is rare and lack of suspicion leads to delay in diagnosis. We present a case of pleural EHE with metastasis to lung parenchyma that presents with chest pain and dyspnea. Chest imaging showed loculated pleural effusion, pleural thickening, mediastinal lymphadenopathy, and pulmonary nodules. |
