Two Cases with Isolated Splenic Sarcoidosis Diagnosed by an Ultrasound-guided Fine-needle Aspiration Biopsy

Asymptomatic splenic nodules were detected incidentally in two middle-aged women at an annual checkup. They showed no abnormalities on laboratory tests, but imaging studies revealed splenic nodules.
