Sumario:Cancer Immunotherapy In article number 2301789 by Qiuyun Li, Gang Ji, Guodong Yang, and co‐workers, a modular hydrogel based vaccine system is developed. In combination with sonodynamic therapy, the vaccine system efficiently inhibits tumor growth and metastasis via diverting TdLN metastatic cancer to hydrogel, killing the trapped tumor cells, and eliciting prolonged and powerful immunotherapy in a sequential and orchestrated manner.
