Sumario:Postsurgical Tumor Therapy with In Situ Implantation In article number 2300899, Yanteng Xu, Zhaohui Tang, Yu Tao, Mingqiang Li, and co‐workers report an implantable sandwich‐structured dual‐drug depot to achieve self‐enhanced postsurgical tumor treatment through starvation therapy and hypoxia‐induced chemotherapy that are triggered in sequence. The postsurgical adjuvant treatment with combretastatin A4 phosphate and tirapazamineloaded implants efficiently inhibits tumor recurrence and metastasis, showing great potential for clinical applications.
