Sumario: | Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) define rare aberrations in vascular morphogenesis. AVMs are typically present at birth, and unless they are stimulated to grow quickly by trauma, illness, or hormonal effects, they enlarge in proportion to an individual's growth. Clinical manifestations of AVMs are often linked to abnormal mass effects and blood perfusion. In this report, we describe a unique case of AVM of the left ear in a 24-year-old male, employing cinematic rendering along with a review of differential diagnosis and treatment options. |
