Successful treatment of an extensively drug-resistant pseudomonal ulcer associated with contaminated artificial tears

PURPOSE: To report a case of bacterial keratitis caused by an extensively drug-resistant (XDR) Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain linked to contaminated artificial tears in the United States.
