DESIGN: The study was cross‐sectional design. METHODS: The subjects were 671 registered nurses from 20 ICUs in 18 general hospitals in Shandong province between October 2021 and December 2021. The questionnaires testing nurses' perception of healthy work environment, their work engagement, and psychological capital were used.
