ABSTRACT: This work aimed to report a rare case of noncalcifying type of Pindborg Tumor involving the right mandible. The absence of calcifications in the calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor presents a diagnostic challenge and prognostic implications. A literature review of the 16 reported clinical cases of this scarce variant was performed.
