Sumario:Syphilis ocular manifestations can occur at any stage of the disease and involve almost any ocular structure. In this case report, we present a very rare conjunctival affectation that was the primary syphilitic lesion in a HIV-positive male patient. The diagnosis was supported by the serologic test, the dark-field microscopy of the lesion, and the exceptional treatment response.
