description INTRODUCTION AND IMPORTANCE: Breast cancer is the first gynecological cancer in women, dominated by invasive ductal cancer . It is characterized by the presence of extracellular mucus, mucinous carcinoma represents one to 7 % of all invasive carcinomas and by a more favorable prognosis, Presentation of the case: We present two patients followed for an invasive mucinous carcinoma, CLINICAL DISCUSSION: Mucinous carcinoma of the breast is a rare entity. Therapeutic management does not differ from other histological types. It is based on surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Conservative treatment is recommended for T1, T2. Partial and accelerated irradiation of the breast is currently the most recommended after breast-conserving surgery. CONCLUSION: Mucinous carcinoma is a rare histological entity with a favorable prognosis compared to other histological types. A benign-looking mass on imaging is not always reassuring, especially if it occurs in a woman over 60 years old. Since it can reveal colloid carcinoma.
