Sumario: | Multicentric reticulohistiocytosis is a rare multisystemic condition associated with papulonodular skin lesions, severe arthritis and malignancy. Histopathology shows histiocytes containing abundant eosinophilic ground glass cytoplasm and multinucleated giant cells. Early recognition, age‐appropriate malignancy work‐up and treatment is important to prevent impairment of daily life activity. |
