Sumario:Retinoblastoma is the most common ocular malignancy in children, considered fatal without treatment. Retinocytoma is a rare benign clinical entity of retinoblastoma that shows signs of tumor regression. The clinical presentation of retinocytoma usually includes a gray translucent mass, intralesional calcification, and retinal pigment epithelial alteration, along with the presence of chorioretinal atrophy. We report two cases of retinocytoma in patients presenting with strabismus in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
