Retinocytoma is a rare benign clinical entity of retinoblastoma that shows signs of tumor regression. The clinical presentation of retinocytoma usually includes a gray translucent mass, intralesional calcification, and retinal pigment epithelial alteration, along with the presence of chorioretinal atrophy.
