description The prevalence of coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) is about 2% in children. Varied manifestations including pneumonia, myocarditis, and multisystem inflammatory syndrome, namely is commonly seen in children. Aortic pseudoaneurysm due to COVID-19 is rare and carries a poor prognosis. We came across a 5-year-girl who had presented with heart failure due to a large ascending aortic pseudoaneurysm associated with COVID-19 during the first wave of the pandemic. The patient underwent successful surgical repair.
