Aortic pseudoaneurysm due to COVID-19 is rare and carries a poor prognosis. We came across a 5-year-girl who had presented with heart failure due to a large ascending aortic pseudoaneurysm associated with COVID-19 during the first wave of the pandemic. The patient underwent successful surgical repair.
