The iPSC line NCHi010-A was generated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of a 6-year-old female with Down syndrome and without congenital heart disease using Sendai virus reprogramming. NCHi010-A displayed a morphology of pluripotent stem cells, expressed pluripotency markers, retained trisomy 21 karyotype, and demonstrated potential to differentiate into cells representative of the three germ layers. |
