description Usage of computed tomography (CT) scans has increased exponentially over the past decade. This is associated with the rise in incidental findings and having to manage clinical scenarios previously never encountered in the pre-CT scan era. Once such finding is a porcelain gallbladder, specifically gallbladder wall calcification. We report one such case of a porcelain gallbladder mimic and propose some suggestions on the decision-making process when managing an incidentally discovered calcified gallbladder.
