description Precision Gastric Paralysis In article number 2300822, Liang Peng, Jian Zhuang, Hua Meng, and co‐workers report a new system for the precise delivery and distribution of botulinum neurotoxin A (BTX‐A) in the gastric wall to achieve weight loss and metabolic improvement. This work clearly indicates the gastric muscularis as the most favorable working site of BTX‐A for weight control, accompanied by improvement in blood glucose, liver steatosis, and gut micro boots. Meanwhile, this work suggests that the layer‐specific gastric paralysis microneedles could serve as a novel clinical approach to effectively produce a positive treatment outcome. [Image: see text]
