This work clearly indicates the gastric muscularis as the most favorable working site of BTX‐A for weight control, accompanied by improvement in blood glucose, liver steatosis, and gut micro boots. Meanwhile, this work suggests that the layer‐specific gastric paralysis microneedles could serve as a novel clinical approach to effectively produce a positive treatment outcome. [Image: see text] |
