Collagenase Clostridium histolyticum (CCH) has been used in humans to treat fibrosis in a minimally invasive manner. Herein, we present the preliminary results from treatments of three males with urethral stricture as a feasibility and safety evaluation of the first-in-human CCH treatment for male urethral stricture disease.
