Sumario:Colitis cystica profunda (CCP) is a rare benign disease characterized by mucus‐filled cysts in the submucosa. Endoscopic, radiological and histological examinations are not highly specific, which can lead to misdiagnosis, resulting in unnecessary radical surgical resection. This report presents two cases of CCP with their clinical and imaging features.
