Sumario:Ureteral hernias are an uncommon entity that are usually incidentally discovered during inguinal hernia repair. However, when symptomatic, they could cause severe symptoms from the urinary system and even affect renal function. We aim to report a rare case of a 91-year-old male patient with urosepsis because of ureteral entrapment within an inguinal hernia, and further discuss proper management of such cases.
