Sumario:Echinococcosis is a significant zoonotic infection caused by Echinococcus granulosus, which has a worldwide distribution. In India, the annual incidence varies from one to 200 in 100,000 people. The liver and lungs are often affected, making diagnosis difficult when infections occur in uncommon areas. We report a case of a hydatid cyst in the fallopian tube, which presented as subfertility and was confirmed by radiological imaging.
