Sumario:Red Light‐Activated Combination Therapy of Eye Diseases In article number 2301985, Xiaoling Liang, Weiping Wang, and co‐workers report a red‐light‐triggered intraocular drug release strategy to achieve combination treatment of wet age‐related macular degeneration. Intravenous administration of a photoactivatable nanosystem followed by light irradiation to the diseased eye leads to intraocular release of an anti‐angiogenic agent, together with selective neo‐vessels occlusion by photodynamic therapy. This study provides a promising paradigm for minimally invasive administration of combination therapeutic agents for angiogenic eye diseases. [Image: see text]
