Sumario:This report presents the clinical findings and prognosis of a healthy male patient who developed acute macular neuroretinopathy after COVID‐19 vaccination. Abnormal findings improved about 1 month after the onset and disappeared 3 months later. The subjective symptoms disappeared in 3 months, and no recurrence was observed for 1 year.
