Sumario:The labyrinthine bifurcation of the facial nerve is extremely rare. Diverse congenital temporal bone anomalies usually coexist, and a detailed preoperative evaluation is needed to detect them. We report a case of labyrinthine bifurcation of the facial nerve detected on the preoperative evaluation of a patient with congenital aural atresia.
