description Development of Human Serotonin Neurons This cover is a tribute to Vincent Van Gogh's “Starry Night”. The confocal images of TPH2/5‐HT double‐labeled human serotonin neurons (SNs) are utilized as leaves for the big tree; the TPH2‐labeled mouse SNs in dorsal raphe nucleus are used as leaves for the potted plant. hPSCs‐derived SNs cultured in the dish resemble leaves growing on trees, and the unsolved mysteries for SN development are like the missing puzzle pieces. Just like filling the piece with leaf pattern into the center of the jigsaw puzzle, in article number 2303884, Ting Xu, Lining Cao, Jianfeng Lu, and co‐workers uncover the role of FOXA2 in human SN development and improve the differentiation efficiency of hPSCs towards SNs by repressing FOXA2 expression. Faced with unsolved mysteries as vast as the starry sky, scientists are persistent and resilient, overcoming obstacles to uncover the scientific mysteries. [Image: see text]
