Just like filling the piece with leaf pattern into the center of the jigsaw puzzle, in article number 2303884, Ting Xu, Lining Cao, Jianfeng Lu, and co‐workers uncover the role of FOXA2 in human SN development and improve the differentiation efficiency of hPSCs towards SNs by repressing FOXA2 expression.
