The genome sequence of a riffle beetle, Elmis aenea (Müller, 1806)

We present a genome assembly from an individual female Elmis aenea (a riffle beetle; Arthropoda; Insecta; Coleoptera; Elmidae). The genome sequence is 516.5 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 9 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X sex chromosome. The mitochondrial gen...

Sumario:We present a genome assembly from an individual female Elmis aenea (a riffle beetle; Arthropoda; Insecta; Coleoptera; Elmidae). The genome sequence is 516.5 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 9 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 18.06 kilobases in length.
