However, existing suturing techniques primarily involve closure using instruments or continuous sutures using an endoscopic needle holder, leaving a gap in nodal suturing methods with extracorporeal ligation. This paper introduces a novel approach, the endoscopic ligation technique, wherein a flexible endoscope is utilized for nodal suturing through extracorporeal ligation.
