Individual Keratinocyte Necroses in the Epidermis Are Apoptotic Keratinocytes in the Skin

The patient was a 44-year-old woman with Stevens–Johnson syndrome due to receiving Baktar(®) (sulfamethoxazole trimethoprim) medication at our outpatient dermatology clinic.
