The genome sequence of common fleabane, Pulicaria dysenterica (L.) Bernh. (Asteraceae)
We present a genome assembly from an individual Pulicaria dysenterica (common fleabane; Tracheophyta; Magnoliopsida; Asterales; Asteraceae). The genome sequence is 833.2 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 9 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial and plastid genomes we...

Sumario: | We present a genome assembly from an individual Pulicaria dysenterica (common fleabane; Tracheophyta; Magnoliopsida; Asterales; Asteraceae). The genome sequence is 833.2 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 9 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial and plastid genomes were assembled and have lengths of 375.47 kilobases and 150.94 kilobases respectively. |
